To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
1. Connect the iPad WIFI network to the same network as the server.
2. Go to the settings page of Inspect app on the iPad.
3. Click Connection label and input the server address into the textbox.
4. Click Test connection
5. Head back to the login page and input your username and password and click login.
If the test connection failed, please check if the iPad is on the same network as the server.
To find out the correct IP address:
1. Open up Inspect Desktop
2. Hover the cursor to the green box on the bottom left of the application.
3. There should be a hover tooltip like the picture above. The third line that shows on your screen is the IP address.
